Shopping Tour Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change.
Please review our cancellation policy carefully:
1. More Than 7 Days Before the Tour:
If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before the scheduled tour date, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
2. Between 3 to 7 Days Before the Tour:
If you cancel your booking between 3 and 7 days before the tour date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
3. Less Than 72 Hours Before the Tour:
Cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled tour will not be eligible for a refund.
4. No-Show Policy:
If you do not show up for the tour without prior notification, no refund will be issued.
5. Tour Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate you on another available date. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) before the original tour date, subject to availability.
6. Cancellation by the Tour Operator:
If we need to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns, etc.), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to another date.
